The Northwest Industrial Cluster, located on the extended Tran Van Giau road in My Hanh commune, Tay Ninh province, is invested in by Ngoc Phuong Dong Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company and developed and operated by ZenGroup. The project covers a total area of ​​48.5 hectares, of which 34 hectares are for construction, with a green space and public facilities density of 17.63%, comprising 86 floor lots. All legal procedures have been completed, including land allocation and lease agreements with the province. The project is currently in the final stages of infrastructure completion and is expected to hand over the land in March 2026.
